Story Time!!! Pull up a chair, grab a drink and listen up. LOL
This month we're doing something really fun! We're telling a story. Each of us will be adding a paragraph or two to the ongoing story. The fun in that? None of us know what's going to happen. It's going to get wild!
You can check out part one HERE...
*clears throat* Here's the next piece of the story....
"You aren't going to make me say it now, are you? Please baby, I'm at work." He lowered his voice to a whisper. "The guys are going to hear."
She grinned and knew it held a hint or four of evil intent. "I don't care. If you want me to forgive you then you better start explaining what you did."
He sighed. "I'm sorry that I masturbated using your special silky underwear and then wore them around the house."
She waited. The next part is what had her furious. When the silence between them stretched too long she prompted him, forcing herself to loosen the grip on her phone. "And?"
"And I'm sorry that I put them in your mouth when you were sleeping." Embarrassment clung to every word.
She took a deep breath to calm the anger boiling in her guts. Her vindication was at hand. "Ryan. What are you going to do to make this up to me? You're a sick fuck but I'm okay with that. You owe me something here, though. This is beyond anything you've done before. So, what are you going to do to fix this?"
I'm handing off the story from here... I can't wait to see what Ryan comes up with. LOL

If I Wasn't A Writer (Chocolate Hotness)
If
I wasn’t a writer…
Let’s face it. I know I’m not normal and despite
what my mother says, “Baby, you are so
unique.” Or what my hubby says, “You
are one in a million.” I know that what they’re really saying is, “You are one step away from a strait-jacket.”
But hey, the crazy in me takes it all in stride.
It’s no secret that my debut book Dangerously Mine was hatched because I
kept having dreams about Earth being invaded by hostile aliens. The self-defense
mechanism in my brain just happened to click on and think of a way that the
alien invasion could turn into a good thing (being rescued by a hunky alien
king and having lots of hot sex). Yay for self-defense mechanisms!
I was blessed with an over active imagination (yes,
I see it as a blessing). While my school-age friends were dreaming about the
boogey man, I was dreaming about vampires. By the time I reached junior high,
my closest friends understood that the cross I wore around my neck wasn’t because
I was very religious, it was to stave off a vampire attack. And even though
they would laugh about it, whenever a bump was heard in the night, they would
all rush to my side. Why? Because I was the only one prepared to fight off a
vampire attack.
I would keep two Popsicle sticks in my pocket at all
times. Why? You guessed it, so I could whip them out and form a cross at a
moment’s notice. Ever since my mom caught me tearing the braches from the trees
in the backyard and sharpening the ends on the sidewalk into points, the Popsicle
sticks were my only defense.
By high school my vampire obsession hadn't subsided,
but had to make room for aliens. I was convinced they were coming and they weren’t
going to be happy when they got to Earth. Think about it, if you had to travel
years to get to your destination would you be in a good mood? No. Exactly.
Luckily for me, writing provides an outlet for every
cray-cray thought I have in my mind. Now, when I wake up in a cold sweat, I
turn to my pen and paper and write the craziness down. I, like my family, is
hoping that one day I’ll be able to make a living off my craziness.
I could ramble on and on about the inner workings of
my mind, but I think you get the gist.
If I weren’t a writer, I would be on medication and
sitting in group therapy.

It's Friday Bitches!!!
It's Friday! It's Friday!
Let's do something really fun...like crack open a beer or a bottle of wine and read some Cabal of Hotness sizzling romance! (Can you crack open a bottle of wine? Ah hell, we'd figure out how to do it. I'm picturing the Cabal stranded on the desert island everyone keeps talking about with bottles of wine and no corkscrew. Oh we'd get those bottles open, don't you worry.) But I digress.
I am standing at my kitchen island making empanadas...the dough and everything. Chicken & chorizo empanadas (I'm thinking Bootay Hotness would appreciate this--though I suppose in Jamaica they call them...pasties? No patties, right? They don't go on your boobs. Unless your man has a meat pie fetish, and let's face it, I have a SERIOUS meat pie fetish and would gladly eat them off any of you.) :) But I digress. Again.
Cooking is just one of my outlets. And I need it right now because I've had a rough week. My basement flooded, I'm so behind at my day job that I might lap myself at this point, and I got NO writing done at all. That sucks for my poor menage trio who are itching to GET IT ON again. And again. Horny bastards (and bitch--can't forget my girl Evie. She's a tough chick to hold her own with Ford and Charley!)
But you know what this rough week reminds me? That I have friends. The ladies of the Cabal aren't just my "business partners", they're my support group, my safety net, my gang who's got my back. (This is the moment where Cajun Hotness pulls a razor blade from inside her cheek and asks, "Naughty Hotness, tell me who I gotta cut!" It's nice to have friends like that.)
I am so thankful for this INSANE group of women. There have been so many times that one of us has freaked out, threw in the towel, "I can't do it! You guys go on without me!" and they refuse. We often say, once you're in the Cabal, you're in for good, like it or not. It's like the mob, only more fun.
We confess the things to each other that you'd never tell another human being...and it makes us feel better. For most of us, this writing is a labor of love. We can't say we support ourselves doing it, but sometimes it pays for our kids' sports fees, or a dinner out! Sometimes it just pays for that bottle of bottom shelf tequila we need to get us through that month. But we never give up. It's a passion.
So support my ladies--for a few bucks you get to live someone else's sexy, crazy life in the books the Cabal writes. Find one you haven't read yet and give it a try, knowing that you're supporting an amazing group of women who are dedicated to making this writing thing work.
And I'll remind you--it's FRIDAY!! Take a deep breath and have a great weekend. :)

What am I looking forward to in 2013?
Tits
I’m talking about nice, round, perky DD tits.
I’m begging Santa to hear my Christmas wish *bats eye
lashes* and deliver me to a plastic surgeon. I’ve been wanting new tits for a
long time, but every time I was about to get them, something else always came
up.
Sending the kid off to
college
Car broke down and
needed a new one
Paying for kid to
enroll in a trade program
But not this year *laughs manically*.
The various heroine and hero's in the Fondled and Gobbled series (available now) got me thinking about how badly I want tits this year.
Now, I've never had really small tits like Steele in Cassandra Carr's spoof - Wild Fantasy Hero. According to Cassandra, Steele has got itty bit titties (poor girl) - or as my husband would say, "She belongs to IBTC - the Itty Bitty Tittie Committee."

But I always wanted titties so big that I’d knock over drinks, smother
little kids when I hug ‘em and cause grown men to have wet dreams.
I can just see me now, I'd be like Danica Avet's heroine Holly in Cookie Bound with 36DD tits, walking through the grocery store
with a tight fitting shirt, no bra, tight jeans and high heels. Oh, I won't be
there to shop. I’d be there to show off my beautiful new rack.
Not surprisingly my hubby is very supportive of this tittie
dream of mine. When I verbalize my dreams, he’s right by my side, voicing his
opinion about how many drinks I’ll knock down, how he’ll have to buy me new
bigger bra’s and how I’ll need to set my car seat to the furthest setting away
from the steering wheel. I think he would prefer I had tits like Heather in Sasha Devlin's Special Brand of Lovin' who's like DDD. But I think with tits like those I would get in a world of trouble.
*sighs* He’s so great.
I hope 2013 brings you all what you wish for most.Wednesday, February 20, 2013
This year
What am I looking forward to in 2013?
Well, I'm looking forward to Fondled & Gobbled: Going Back for Seconds coming out. I was looking forward to the first volume releasing and it has!

I'm REALLY looking forward to Romanticon in October! I missed out last year because of the epic road trip, but this year, I'm so there. I had a BLAST the first year I went and met some amazing people and of course the best part is going to be hanging with the Cabal and Hotties. WOOT! Epic fun times to be had!
This is a picture of me with the cavemen.
I'm looking forward to my first release with Harlequin Medicals, but I don't really technically know if that's this year or not, but since I've worked my little brains out over that first book and I'm currently working on the second, I'm REALLY looking forward to the release of Safe in His Hands.
Since this winter has been sucky with colds etc., I'm looking forward to the summer. I love summer.
I'm also looking forward to the Fall because my youngest, who I love dearly, will be going to school and I'll get some writing time in the day instead of having to stay up late and spending my nights hunched over the computer. I just feel really bad for his teacher. ;-)
And that's what I'm looking forward to this year. How about you?

2013 is going to be a kick-ass year!
When we were choosing themes for the blog, and the theme of "What are you most looking forward to in 2013" came up in discussion, I thought it was an intriguing idea. There are so many ways different members of the Cabal of Hotness could answer the question. We're all at different points in our writing careers, and some of us have personal things going on in our lives that we also might be looking forward to.
As for me, well, I'm looking forward to September when my daughter starts full-time preschool. Now, I've heard it all from other mothers, "Cherish this time, they won't be young forever" and "You have plenty of time to write later - take this time with your daughter!", amongst other things. Allow me to refute these points. First, we should cherish the time we spend with our kids, but shouldn't we cherish it no matter how old they are? Yes, I know it's hard to cherish teenagers, but you get my drift. Then the "plenty of time later" discussion? Actually, no, I don't have plenty of time. Publishing is notoriously fickle, and if I decide to take five years off to spend with my daughter full-time, I might very well back to a career that's in shambles, unable to be revived.
Before you start thinking this whole post is going to be a downer, let's talk about some of the other things I'm looking forward to. I'm going to three conferences this year, starting with Naughty Sleepover later this month, then to RT in May, and back to EC's Romanticon in October. I'm also doing a weekend-long writing retreat in September. I love going to conferences. Not only do you get a chance to stop staring at a computer screen day in and day out, but you learn; you meet readers and agents and editors and reviewers. And you get to party with all the authors you admire. What could be better?
I'm also looking forward to releasing the first book I ever wrote, Should've Known Better. I love the hero, Sebastian, and I sooo wanted his story told. Now it will be, with the help of a great small press called Twenty or Less Press. I've published with their erotic arm, Sybarite Seductions, before, and I love them. I will be putting out at least two more bull rider books for my Buckin' Bull Riders series, as well as my first male/male story.
And of course, there's all the cool stuff the Cabal of Hotness is doing. Stay tuned, because Fondled and Gobbled has hardly even scratched the surface of the talent of these writers.
So yeah, I'm looking forward to a lot in 2013. I fully expect it will be a kick-ass year. I'm so grateful to have all of you along for the ride. You're the reason we do this - the reason we write. So thank you for reading. Without you, we'd be nothing.
If you see me at a conference, please do come introduce yourself. I'd love to have the opportunity to meet you and thank you in person!

In Which 2013 Becomes My Boyfriend
Anyone who has spent more than 30 seconds with me, knows that I have no love for 2012. While I thought it would be a year of Awes-tastic-Fantabulous, it proceeded to show itself to be a shrew and junk punch nearly everyone I know and love. The details of which would write about a dozen sad country songs, easily.
So I'm beyond ready for 2013. I want to cuddle it up to my bosom and make cooing noises and play kissie face and tell it, that it's been the year I've been waiting for all my life, and ....
I'm easily excitable.
On the writing front, I will be editing up a storm and getting out many of the projects I wrote last year. I have a few book releases coming up, including the Fondled and Gobbled: Going Back for Seconds spoof as well as some other delicious naughtiness. More details to come
The Masta Plan involves appearances at a few conferences: RT in May and Romanticon in the fall! RT was a great experience last year and I will be more focused this year. (No really, stop giving me that look) and I wouldn't miss Romanticon for the world. It gets bigger and better every year and I can't wait to connect with my peeps.
I can admit that the fangirl in me is looking forward to some of the book releases 2013 will bring. S.E. Jakes, Gena Showalter and a new IAD book from Kresley Cole! So many good words there I could Scrooge McDuck through them. *shivers*
And the movies! The Rock and Bruce Willis in the new GI Joe movie?! Bruce Willis in a new Die Hard in theaters?! *falls down* Can you tell that I love Bruce Willis? I'm also looking forward to Hansel and Gretel, Jack the Giant Slayer, and I've heard a rumor there will be a Pixar release this summer. I suspect I will be spending plenty of time in the theater.
I'm salivating just thinking of all the goodness this year can bring. So pucker up 2013 and come give me some sugar.

Our Chaotic Minds on Ramblings from a Chaotic Mind Blog
You've all waited patiently. Even taken us on one at a time. But we're unleashing the gang today and you'll be needin' some protection. Rubber boots, a hard hat and a box of tissues are definitely necessary for today's post.
Come on over and hang with us, if you dare. We can't be held responsible for soiled pants, spontaneous combustion or loss of conciousness due to your excessive laughter.
Hope to see you there.
Much love, Geeky

Geeky Hotness In Da House
All About the One Know as Geeky Hotness....
A.K.A Lea Barrymire
What to admit to? Hmmm... I am so many things, Mom, friend, wife, author, cat herder, fish feeder, taxi driver, nuerotic writer, confidant, ass-kicker, first responder, disciplinarian.... I could keep going but you get the idea.
So, why am I Geeky Hotness? I. LOVE. SPREADSHEETS. Well, actually anything that creates order from chaos. Calendars, lists, files, spreadsheets (it needed to be mentioned twice). You get the idea, right? I'm totally into organizing stuff, be it information, people, books on a shelf. And, I love science, math, equations, formulas, microscopes, forensics, dissecting... All of it. So, what better name for me, right?
I started writing to help with an insomnia problem. Now, I write to let the characters out of my head. You think I'm joking? I'll leave you to your ruminations, but I can definitely tell you that THEY drive my stories more than I do.
My first release was in April of 2012. That makes me a newbie in my mind. Since then I've released six books with two publishing houses, Siren Bookstrand and Ellora's Cave. I write mostly paranormal, sci-fi and futuristic... but I've been known to dabble in BDSM and EC for Men when the mood strikes me. I LOVE alpha males and strong females. My characters tend to be on the geeky side as well, what can I say, they aren't all fictitous in nature. They are all sexy, sensual and totally great in the sack. LOL
I have two new releases on the horizon.
Rella, of the Cinder clan, was born to the submissive race on her planet and has finally reached the age of maturity. She has hated her nature since birth and has fought her submissiveness. As the youngest of four sisters she’s watched the others go off and look for mates. This time she’s forced to comply with the government’s edicts, which includes attending the Unity Ball and taking a mate from the warrior species. What she doesn’t know is that she has already caught the eye of a warrior before stepping foot into the Ball.
Warrior Sabar is ready to take a mate but doesn’t want a weak female. He sees what he craves in the willful Rella during her Initiation Ceremony. Her sweet submission and soft cries of passion are exactly what he wants in a mate.
Can they find each other before the Unity Ball ends? Or will someone else claim her?
It'll be available for preorder sometime soon through Siren.

The perfect man—with the imperfect cock and oral skills. The Dom who isn’t a dom, and the man who proves it to him. The alien with dessert-flavored semen and three cocks. The older man (a kajillionaire with a penthouse in Seattle…) who has limitless ability to come all night with his naïve little virgin. A woman on a diet who craves a feast of meat and finds herself five Broadshaft Brothers who can deliver.
If you’re looking for the perfect romance with the perfect hero and heroine, this isn’t it! This is a series of spoofs, parodies, just-for-fun lighthearted take-offs. It’s for all us longtime, hard-core romance readers who can laugh at the clichés, purple prose and “suspend your disbelief” plot devices that haunt our beloved favorite genre.
This is already available for preorder on Amazon HERE.

Bootay Hotness slides in sideways
Hey, I'm Jamaican. We work to our own schedule!!
HOLY HELICOPTER COCKS!! D'oh, forgot to mention we're giving away an awesome prize at the end of the month... a $100 Amazon gift card. Enter by commenting on any of the posts this month or subscribing to the blog. You get one entry per comment, two entries for subscribing...and after seeing all the cray-cray going on here YOU KNOW YOU WANNA!
No, really, sorry I'm late and, to make up for it, here's full disclosure—
Come closer, ’cause I’m going to whisper…
I’m the only sane one
here.
You don’t believe me??? Dammit, who’s been spilling the
beans? *narrowly eyes the rest of the Cabal*
Okay, I guess that won’t fly, so I better introduce myself
properly. I’m Bootay Hotness, a.k.a Anya Richards; not-so-mild mannered law
clerk during the day, weaver of erotic stories and freelance editor at night,
all-round big-butted miscreant, unabashed humanist, potty-mouth and nosy
Parker. I love animals (with the exception of reptiles), have a head full of
often useless trivia (Jeopardy anyone??), a penchant for history and a highly
developed sense of both the sublime and the ridiculous. I try to remember to
find the beauty in something or someone, somewhere, every day and it isn’t that
hard when you try. One of my favorite things is laughter, whether it’s as a
result of something on TV, a remark someone makes or from falling on my ass in
the snow.
And, yeah, that last one happens quite a bit, as should be
expected when you take a tropical girl and drop her in Ontario, Canada. I keep
reminding myself it could be much worse…it could’ve been the Northwest
Territories…but I still haven’t mastered winter navigation. Any civilized
person will tell you ICE belongs in a glass with RUM, not underfoot.
My books and stories range from historical to fantasy,
contemporary to paranormal to steampunk—yeah I’m a gadfly—and I've been published with Samhain, Ellora's Cave and Spice Briefs. But although the
stories are all over the genre spectrum they share a couple of key components.
I write about the internal journeys of people (or gods, fey, trolls, dragons,
as the case may be) learning to accept themselves so as to accept love, and each
and every book is HOT. You can find a full list of my books on my website and I
hope you’ll join me on some of those Journeys Through Seduction.
Really, it’s only when I’m with the Cabal that my crazy
tendencies come out…and if you believe that, email me off blog, ’cause I have a
wide range of properties in Outer Mongolia to sell you. Oh, and any reports of me
writing helicopter cocks have been greatly exaggerated…I SWEAR J

Meet Mistress Hotness!
Well, well, well. It's time. Come to me, dearies... *crooking finger*
I'm Mistress Hotness, aka Cassandra Carr. I think I'll keep how I got that nickname a mystery. But I'm sure you greedy people want to know a little something about me, so I'd better comply. After all, I want to lure you all into a false sense of complacency make you feel welcome.
I was first published in March of 2011 and I believe my latest sale was my nineteenth. They haven't all been full-length novels. I get bored, so I write shorts, anthologies, novellas, AND novels. I also write in several subgenres for the same reason - m/f, BDSM, m/m, menage...
I am currently published with Loose Id, Ellora's Cave, Siren Publishing, and Sybarite Seductions. I may be adding to that list in the near future, so keep your eyes on this space or on my website at http://www.booksbycassandracarr.com. You can also become a fan on Facebook at http://www.facebook.com/AuthorCassandraCarr or follow me on Twitter at http://www.twitter.com/Cassandra_Carr.
Lately I've been very, very busy with releases. I had four between mid-November and end of 2012, and I have four more before the end of February. The list:
- Close Contact - an anthology with fellow Cabal of Hotness member Honey Hotness (Cristal Ryder) and Cynthia Carr http://www.sybariteseductions.com
- Birthday Boy - an EC for Men Quickie http://www.ellorascave.com/birthdayboy.html
- Master Class - a BDSM holiday story - yes, it's possible to combine BDSM and the holidays http://www.loose-id.com/master-class.html
- Momentum - book 3, Buckin' Bull Riders series - Italian bull rider, anyone? http://www.ellorascave.com/momentum.html
- Only You - an anthology releasing 1/15/13 http://amzn.com/1573449091
- Unexpected Top - a novella releasing 1/18/13 and part of the Ellora's Cave special sub call Ball & Chain (married couples) http://www.ellorascave.com/unexpected-top.html
- Fondled and Gobbled vol 1: Someone Had to Do It - an anthology releasing 2/6/13 with four other Cabal of Hotness members - the others are featured in vol 2: Going Back for Seconds http://www.ellorascave.com/fondled-and-gobbled-someone-had-to-do-it.html
- See the Light - a male/male story releasing 2/26/13 and my first foray into GBLT fiction (no link yet)
When I'm not writing, and that's hardly ever, according to my Cabal of Hotness conspirators, I'm a wife and the mother of a precocious four-year-old. Since the NHL has gotten its head out of its ass I'll once again be a huge Buffalo Sabres fan. I don't watch much TV because it cuts into my writing time, but I do love buying TV series on DVD and watching them that way. We got a DVD holder last Christmas and it's pretty much full. My daughter has half of one shelf, our Wii stuff has another shelf, and I have four and a half shelves.
I loved meeting all these other ladies women at Romanticon, and I'm quite sure we're going to get into a lot of trouble together. But that's the way y'all want it, right?
Now for my gratuitous mancandy shot. My favorite Caveman, David.
He can put out my fire any time he wants...

Brazen Blazin Up the Blog
Heeeeeeere's Brazen!!!
I'm Brazen Hotness, though most of you know me as Sasha Devlin. The original title of this post was going to be More Than Boobs, which if you've ever seen me, or follow me on twitter, are pretty popular. They don't quite have their own Facebook, but I'm pretty sure they'll be annexed and given their own postal code this year. But I'm more than a nice rack!
The legs are pretty nice too:
Ok, sorry I couldn't resist.
By day I'm all business but after hours my playful side reigns, including my need to bust a move on the dance floor. I've been published since 2011 and with a couple of contemporaries (both m/f and m/m) but my heart is truly with paranormals. I've not yet published one yet, but stayed tuned mis amies! I tend to write irresistible heroes and heroines who might get a little swearsy, but are the types of girl's you would be friends with.
Outside of writing, I'm a Jeopardy fiend, knitter, voracious reader, and talker. (boy can I talk). I love movies that make me laugh and if something blows up at the same time? WINNING!!!! I'm equally as likely to quote the South Park movie as I am to quote William Faulkner and though I'm published, I still FanGirl over my favorite authors, because being a writer is the coolest, damned job EVER! And I'm honored to be a part of the tribe.
